Can I cancel my order?
Please note that we do not entertain cancellations once an order is confirmed and paid. Refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Can I return/exchange my orders?
There is strictly no return or refund on all purchases with the EXCEPTION of manufacturer’s defects or incorrect delivery. All requisition of returns must be done within 14 days from the date of goods received. This will be exchanged for the same item or a cash voucher with an expiry date.
Kindly ensure that all items are in their original packaging with labels and all accessories intact.
All products must be returned in good condition.
Refund items that do not meet these criteria will not be entertained.
Do note that only returns/exchanges via courier service is accepted, as we do not honour any walk-ins.
Note: It’s also very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as we’ll ask you to sign a form confirming that it appeared to be in good condition when you received it.
For which reasons can I return/exchange an item?

· Good delivered does not fit the product description
· Wrong item delivered
· Missing parts
How to return/exchange my orders?

· Original invoices and delivery note along with the return goods
